With Christmas just around the corner, we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all the wonderful people and organisations who have supported us this year. We greatly appreciate your kindness and have been amazed by the lengths people have gone to, with funds raised through running, swimming, jumping out of planes, baking cakes, abseiling off bridges and lots more! Your donations help us to deliver our online support programmes and provide additional life enhancing support in our services such as art therapy, communication aids, outdoor gyms, sensory rooms and social groups. These vital funds really help to improve the quality of life of those in our services.

Over the last month we have been getting into the festive spirit with parties, fayres and craft making. Some of this excitement has been captured in a short film we would like to share with you.
