Salary: £25,038 - £26,476

The Role:
The posts will be based within our exciting Appletree Housing Support Service, near Auchterarder supporting one autistic adult within his own home. The Autism Practitioners work alongside the Senior Autism Practitioner to develop personalised support plans, build positive relationships with supported individuals, families and health and social partnership. Plans to develop an outreach service to help build activity planners that are meaningful to supported individuals will be put in place. .
