Healthy Working Lives

At Scottish Autism we are committed to ensuring that our employees are happy, healthy and motivated.

The NHS Healthy Working Lives initiative helps employers to create a safer, healthier and more motivated workforce. Scottish Autism are a part of the Healthy working Lives award programme , which helps us to identify issues and improve health, safety and wellbeing in the organisation in a structured and productive way.​

We are delighted to have now received the Healthy Working Lives Gold Award in our combined West of Scotland and Hilton House group. These areas cover the following services and locations:

Head Office, Glasgow, Hamilton, Largs, Kilmarnock and Oban.

Our Fife, Clannalba and New Struan service areas are working towards the Healthy Working Lives Silver Award.

 

The Healthy Working Lives Bronze Award is being worked towards by Lothian and Borders, Tayside, South West Services, Orkney and Central.
