Event Information
The next film to be screened at Access Film Club is The Eagle Huntress
Using breathtaking aerial cinematography this spellbinding documentary follows the 13-year-old Aisholpan, a Mongolian nomad who is fighting to become the first female eagle hunter in 12 generations of her Kazakh family. Not only an exploration of Aisholpan’s astonishing pursuit of her passion in the face of very strict gender barriers, the film is also an engaging glimpse into the life of this remote community. Narrated by Daisy Ridley, this is one of the most inspirational films of the year
