Edinburgh Museum Trip

This week, Birch Class took a trip to Edinburgh to visit the memorial museum and learn about World War 1 as they have been learning about this in class.

Jack told us all about their trip at assembly. He said it was amazing to learn about the war and see some of the weapons used during that time. He also said they got to try on some war costumes and learn more about the types of clothing worn in the war. Jason even tried on a kilt!

Star awards this week went to:

  • Jack, Jason, Aidan and Kamran for their excellent participation during their museum trip
  • Josh for joining a friend and taking a dog out for a walk on behalf of Bandeath, which is a shelter for dogs
  • Jenny for great communication with her peer
  • Sam and Alfie for also participating in the dog walking for Bandeath. They had a great time walking Rolo and Skittle.

Well done everyone!
