2. We will be in touch
We review applications regularly and aim to contact you shortly after you have applied.
3. Interviewing
We believe that the interview process is a chance for you to interview us too. You will meet our welcoming team who will walk you through our values and get to know you better. For many roles, we will send interview questions in advance to help you better prepare. If there are any accommodations that would help you through the process, you can let us know.
4. Getting an offer
If we think you are a great fit for the role, we will be in touch to send you an official offer and guide you through the next steps.
5. Pre-employment checks
Like most roles in social care, your offer will be subject to certain checks. This is nothing to worry about, we will support you through the whole process, especially if you are new to social care. We also have welcome and relocation packs that clearly lay out everything you need to know about your new role.
Checks will include:
- Satisfactory references
