We particularly encourage and welcome applications from people with lived experience of autism. There is an active Neurodovergent Employees forum to provide connections and mutual peer support between colleagues. We are committed to inclusive governance and have launched an Autistic Advisory Panel.
In addition, we have been developing a young people’s network and have a heartfelt commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and have a champions network.
