  • To learn, participate, reflect and consider feedback.
  • To meet the requirements of the role including learning requirements and qualifications. This includes keeping up to date with learning.
  • To listen and follow instruction, policies and plans and to ask for help or guidance if you need it. This includes record keeping.
  • To follow your training and our practice framework, promoting voice and participation and the valuing and promotion of the rights and individual needs, hopes and preferences of the people we support.
  • To read communication provided and communicate in and about Scottish Autism respectfully and clearly. Being candid when there is an issue or error.
  • To work well with internal and external stakeholders (like parents and social workers).
  • To support our campaigns, advocate for our approach and the rights of autistic people and to act as ambasssadors of the organisation.
