Parent and Carers Group, with Dundee Carers Centre

This group is for autistic adults in Dundee, at any point during their diagnosis journey, including those who self-identify as autistic. Connections also support those in Perth and Angus who are awaiting an autism assessment through the Tayside Adult Autism Consultancy Team (TAACT).
If you have not had contact with our Dundee Connections team previously please contact us by emailing dundeeconnections@scottishautism.org or call 03030 034 020 prior to booking.
We are delighted to be collaborating with Dundee Carers Centre to launch a series of group sessions for parents and carers of autistic adults (18+). These sessions will provide opportunities for networking, peer support, and open discussion around a variety of helpful topics. A member of our Connections team will also be present to share perspectives and advice.
Session Theme:
March’s session will focus on guilt and resentment and a counsellor from Dundee Carers Centre will be in attendance.
Numbers attending the groups are limited to ensure a comfortable space for all therefore booking is essential. To find out more or to book to attend, please contact us at dundeeconnections@scottishautism.org or call 03030 034 020.
