Autism Hustings
Alongside our colleagues at National Autistic Society Scotland, we are hosting an election hustings event for the autistic community. This will take place on Wednesday 15th April from 5pm – 7pm at Clockwise, 77 Renfrew Street, Glasgow.
A hustings is a meeting where the audience has the opportunity to ask questions of political candidates and all of the main political parties in Scotland have been invited to participate.
The event will be chaired by journalist and broadcaster Stuart Cosgrove, an autistic campaigner will also open the session, and individual party candidates will be confirmed in due course.
Questions will focus on four key themes:
– Health and social care
– Social Security
– Education
– Housing and communities
You will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance, or you can ask a question on the night as part of the discussion.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited. If you would like to secure your space, please sign up via the button below.
