Branching Out

Branching Out 4 Week Programme
Templeton Woods – Bushcraft
This 4 week programme has been designed by the Dundee Countryside Rangers specifically for Dundee Connections.
Dundee Connections groups are for autistic adults (18+) in Dundee, at any point during their diagnosis journey, including those who self-identify as autistic. Connections also support those in Perth and Angus who are awaiting an autism assessment through the Tayside Adult Autism Consultancy Team (TAACT).
If you have not had contact with our Dundee Connections team previously please contact us by emailing dundeeconnections@scottishautism.org or call 03030 034 020 prior to booking.

Woodlands are important for physical and mental health. Increased time spent outdoors in woods, has been shown to lower blood pressure and reduce stress. Woodlands deliver a rich, calming experience, offering escape from urban areas and providing contact with nature. Woodlands can be inspiring places and in Dundee, they are all accessible without a car.
