Creative Space for Autistic Adults
Creative Space for Autistic Adults (16+) provides an online environment where autistic adults can explore creative expression at their own pace.
The session offers a calm, mindful break from daily routines, supporting creativity, wellbeing, and connection.
Each 1‑hour session introduces an artistic medium and an abstract theme intended to inspire reflection and encourage participants to explore ideas in ways that feel personally meaningful.
Participants are encouraged to use any creative medium they prefer – art, music, poetry, crafting, or any other form of expression that resonates with them. Suggested materials will be offered for inspiration, but everyone is welcome to follow their own style and creative interests.
Gina will share knowledge, guidance, and techniques for working with a range of materials and creative approaches.
