Creative Space for Autistic Young People
Our Creative Space for Autistic Young People (12–15) is a welcoming online session where autistic young people can explore creativity in a relaxed, supportive environment. The group offers a mindful break from day‑to‑day pressures and encourages playful, imaginative expression.
Each 1‑hour session focuses on an artistic medium and an abstract theme designed to spark ideas and inspire the creative process. Participants are encouraged to interpret the theme in their own way, exploring different approaches and expressing their unique perspective.
Young people are invited to use any form of creative expression that feels right for them, art, music, poetry, crafting, or any other medium they enjoy. Suggested materials are provided as inspiration only, and everyone is welcome to follow their own creative direction.
Gina will offer guidance, tips, and techniques for working with various materials and creative approaches.
Session Details:
- Meets once per month
- Wednesdays, 5:30pm–6:30pm

Open to autistic young people aged 12–15 across ScotlandThis includes those who self-identify, waiting on an assessment or post diagnosis.

Parents/guardians consent from sign up required.

A parent/guardian’s email address must be used for registration.

Parents/guardians must sit in if while the session is taking place.
