Click and Connect: Mindfulness for Autistic Adults
Mindfulness-Based Meditation Group Practice.
Mindfulness meditation is an effective way of promoting and sustaining our mental wellbeing. It is based on a blend of modern science and ancient wisdom. With proven benefits in stress reduction, managing anxiety and living well, mindfulness-based meditation can really make a positive difference to our day-to-day life.
Mindfulness is used to develop a different relationship with the challenges and stressors we experience. It helps us be with our thoughts, emotions, habits and impulses in the moment, without feeling that they might take over.

The Group will meet fortnightly as part of Scottish Autism’s ‘Click and Connect’ programme.
Our Group will meet on Zoom for 45 minutes every second Friday at 10 am.
The group will be facilitated by Charlie McMillan, with the intention of encouraging those who attend to develop their mindfulness skills and a regular mindfulness practice.
This includes those who self-identify, waiting on an assessment or post diagnosis.
