Creative Space for Autistic Adults
Creative Space for Autistic Adults (16+) provides an online environment where autistic adults can explore creative expression at their own pace.
The session offers a calm, mindful break from daily routines, supporting creativity, wellbeing and connection.
Gina will be present throughout the sessions to support, connect and encourage creativity and individuality through a range of materials and creative approaches. Individuals are welcome to leave their cameras and microphones off and may also use the chat function to communicate if preferred.

Open to autistic adults aged 16+ across ScotlandThis includes those who self-identify, waiting on an assessment or post diagnosis.
Meet the Host

Gina, Community Advisor
Gina lives and works in Scotland’s Central Belt and enjoys exploring and experimenting with a variety of creative techniques and mediums, particularly abstract styles. She finds inspiration in nature, especially the sea and woodlands, which she enjoys exploring with her rescue dog.
Having recently studied psychology and counselling, Gina incorporates creative techniques into her work and has a strong passion for words, poetry and literature. She also enjoys creative journaling as a way of exploring emotions and thoughts.
