Can you coach, lead, and develop a team of Autism Practitioners to support an autistic young man to shape their new service in their own home?

As the Senior Autism Practitioner in our Fife Area, you will have the exciting opportunity to ensure the successful delivery of a new service within Glenrothes.

Actively involving yourself in the recruitment process, you will liaise with the Services Manager to recruit new, talented autism practitioners to support this new service, then lead and inspire them to provide a consistent, high-quality support service to autistic people.
