Work With Us

New Struan School is at the forefront of delivering education to autistic children and young people.

Working here means being part of a dynamic staff team committed to enabling autistic people to realise their potential and become included, confident learners within the community.

We welcome applicants with a positive attitude who are equally committed to developing their understanding of how autistic children learn and develop. We have a very supportive culture amongst our staff and offer training and development opportunities where applicable.

The school itself is a bright and modern purpose-built facility with substantial grounds in a quiet part of Alloa. There are excellent transport links from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth, including a railway station.

From time to time we have job vacancies in roles including teaching staff and support workers, who support our pupils both during the day and within the residential part of the school.

For more information about our recruitment process and for specific job vacancies, please check the work for us section of the Scottish Autism website on a regular basis. Here you will also find information about job roles in other parts of the organisation.
