I went to Spud U like in the Designer Outlet shopping centre in Livingston with Jacqui to try their new baked potatoes.

I had a prawn cocktail baked potato with dry slaw and Jacqui had a cheese and baked beans baked potato.

It tasted great and had a good punch of flavour, the slaw was good crunchy and tasty.

The downside was the wooden cutlery was hard to cut the skin of the potato.

I give it 9 out of 10.
