Our Chief Executive, Dorry McLaughlin speaks to SAM Radio
As part of our Autism Awareness Month activity, on Monday 8th April our Chief Executive, Dorry McLaughlin visited the team at SAM Radio as they hosted their 10-hour long radio show.
SAM (Scottish Autistic Media) Radio is a community internet radio station for autistic people, by autistic people. Itis the first of its kind in Scotland! One of our supported individuals, Sarah hosts her own afternoon show on the station which is sponsored by Scottish Autism.
While at the station, Dorry was interviewed by the team on air and spoke about our services and how we support autistic people across Scotland, as well as our new #ValuedandAutistic brand campaign.
Following the feature, Dorry expressed how much she enjoyed being a part of the sponsored show and spending time with the team. Thank you to everyone at SAM Radio for inviting us along.
