Christmas Countdown
Christmas Market preparations are underway at the school. Last week pupils in Birch Class baked salt dough, moulded these into tree decorations then painted them - some glitter was added to make them sparkle!
Oak Class have also been very busy have a look at some of the jewellery they have created for the market.
The Christmas Market on 11th December ties in with this terms theme of ‘social enterprise’. Pupils are baking and making a range of items for friends, family and local professionals to buy on the day. Pupils have also been designing invitations to be sent, here is the winning design:
In other news, two pupils received Star Awards for their work last week. Reece Allen received one for being an effective contributor when he followed his timetable and joined in with activities. Another hard working pupil received an award for being an effective contributor when he read his words and shared his news every morning.
