Scottish Autism Strikes Charity Partnership With Soccer Scholarship Firm

Scottish Autism, is celebrating a new charity partnership with Five Star International Events, a Bellshill-based company which works to help young people secure soccer scholarships at US colleges.

The partnership will see Scottish Autism collections taking place at Five Star International's events during the remainder of the 2022-23 season.

The partnership was launched alongside the announcement of former Scottish Football Association Chief Executive, Gordon Smith, as a Five Star International ambassador.

Scottish Autism’s Income Generation Lead, Karen Wilson, commented:

“We are delighted to secure this partnership with Five Star International Events. The ability to fundraise at their ongoing series of events, which help young people secure soccer scholarships at US colleges, will ensure that we can continue to deliver the services across Scotland which benefit autistic people and help them lead fulfilling lives.”

John Clifford of Five Star International Events commented:

"Five Star International Events is delighted to be working alongside Scottish Autism to raise awareness of their essential work and also helping raise vital funds to support autistic people and their families in Scotland."
