Signed Letters Urge for Increase in Social Security Benefits

These are worrying times for millions of people across the UK as energy, food, rent and mortgage costs soar. It is particularly difficult for those in receipt of social security benefits who are not assured of a rise that matches the rate of inflation. Scottish Autism has signed a joint-letter with 18 other charities strongly urging the UK Government to commit to increasing social security benefits at least in line with inflation, as pledged by the previous Prime Minister.
