In the Summertime
We had some exciting exotic creatures in our school last week when Zoolab came to visit. They brought lots of reptiles and insects that we could get up close too and even hold.
You might have to look closely, but Alfie here is holding an Indian stick insect.

There has been lots of hard work going on with over 20 star awards given out this term. Jason received a star award for visiting our neighbouring school, Focus School and being such a good representative of New Struan. He told the rest of the school about his visit and what he learned.
Sean also received an award for walking to school without his hoodie and instead opting for a tshirt – much more comfortable for this summer weather. Well done everyone!
Coming up this term we have the school Sports Afternoon and several graduations before we break for the summer.
