Scottish Autism receives funding from The National Lottery Community Fund

Scottish Autism is delighted to receive additional funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, enabling us to continue to support the autistic community during these challenging and uncertain times.

These funds will be used to expand our advice and support to autistic people and their families in Scotland during the COVID-19 crisis – read more here.

Scottish Autism already receives a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund for Get Set 4 Autism, which provides post-diagnostic support to parents and carers of autistic children and young people up to the age of 18 years old across Argyll and Bute.

Our Deputy Chief Executive, Charlene Tait said, “We are delighted to receive the additional funding from the National Lottery to help us support the autistic community during the COVID-19 crisis. Our Autism Support Team are providing advice and information resources for autistic people and their families who are isolated and vulnerable both physically and mentally. This funding is vital to developing our community support at this time and planning our support in the future.”
