Event Information

100 photographs which capture the ‘real picture’ of autism in Scotland will go on display at St Enoch’s Shopping Centre in Glasgow on Sunday 1st of April as part of their charity partnership with Scottish Autism.
The Autism in Focus exhibition features a diverse range of pictures, all captured by autistic people in Scotland or their family members. Each photograph is accompanied by a personal story which aims to create awareness and understanding of what life can be like on the autism spectrum.
The free exhibition marks World Autism Awareness Month and aims to create greater understanding and acceptance of autistic people. It is a powerful collection which evokes a range of emotions, some are funny and uplifting and others more poignant, depicting the challenges and adversity people can face. The collection will be on display until the end of April in a shopping unit on the ground floor opposite Costa Coffee.
