In partnership with Ceteris and Inglewood House and Spa, we are delighted to be hosting a Business Lunch on Friday 8 March. This will be a great opportunity to network with fellow local businesses during Clackmannanshire Business Week while supporting a local charity.
This event will support fundraising efforts for our new service, Makers, which is situated in Alloa. Makers is a new Scottish Autism community hub which delivers day and vocational opportunities for autistic people aged over 16, and individuals with learning disabilities. The project houses a community cafe, shop and gallery as well as a kitchen garden.
Makers will also host a rolling programme of activities and learning opportunities for the people that access this community space. We have to raise £20,000 per year to support these activities, such as workshops and support groups. You could help support this inclusive work environment, where autistic individuals are given the opportunity to overcome barriers and engage in confidence-building workplace experiences.
Join us for this exciting event where there will be a delicious three course lunch served along with a prosecco, beer or a soft drink, alongside a raffle which will include some amazing prizes.
