Anonymous businessman donates Scottish Autism football strip to Kinross Colts

An anonymous businessman has generously donated new strips to the Kinross Colts, a local youth football club. Instead of using his own company’s name, he has elected to use our Scottish Autism logo to help us raise awareness of autism and our services.

The Kinross Colts consist of thirty members aged around nine years old and come from all over the Kinross area. The team are hoping to take part in the Fife Soccer Sevens League, so they are currently busy training in preparation.

One of the coaches of the Colt’s, Scott Fenton, said:  “ We are absolutely delighted to have Scottish Autism’s logo on the team’s strip in order to help raise awareness.  We know that there are approximately one in one hundred autistic people in Scotland, so it is great to help getting the charity’s name out there.  As a charity it depends on the public to enable them to support people with autism and their families on their whole life journey.”
