Christmas at Scottish Autism
Eileen and Nicola from the Fife One Stop Shop at their Christmas fayre, which raised £248! This will be put towards buying games and materials for the social groups.
Some of the yummy treats that were for sale at the One Stop Shop Christmas Fayre. We especially loved the reindeer swiss rolls and snowmen marshmallows!
Our pupils at New Struan School had lots of great hand made decorations for sale at their annual Christmas market. This year they raised just over £300! Some of this will go back into the classes and the rest will be donated to Children with Cancer UK.
A post box was put up at the school so that our pupils could send each other cards for Christmas.
Our One Stop Shop in Lanarkshire also had a Christmas fayre with Santa himself as the star guest! They raised a fantastic £270.
With the winter weather restricting some of the usual gardening activities of Gartinny Nurseries, our vocational day service, they have been hard at work making holly wreaths and festive door hangers instead! Here is Peter showing off some of the ones he has been making.
We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
