Autism Practitioners  |  (Full Time & Part Time)

An exciting opportunity has come up within our Springbank service. Springbank is a housing support service which supports two gentlemen in Glasgow. This support is provided by a small specialist team of staff who enable the supported individuals to develop various skills such as social inclusion, participate in community activities, support them with daily living tasks and offer them a safe inclusive environment to help them to grow and reach their full potential. The team around the supported individuals is supported through regular coaching, training and collaboration. Staff supporting in this service should have good observation skills and be resilient in nature.

Location: Glasgow
Salary: £23,088 - £24,536 pro rata
Hours: Full Time & Part Time positions available

About the Role:

As an Autism Practitioner, experience of working within social care is desirable but not essential as we are seeking to appoint people who share our values and are willing to learn and develop into the role. We will support you to do this by offering an extensive autism specific training programme.
