The Advisors
Zofia
Zofia is our Community Advice Services Manager here at Scottish Autism. She has been with Scottish Autism for almost 5 years and has taken on a number of different roles within our community advice services. Zofia has worked within the third sector for a number of years working with and alongside autistic people and their families, through direct practice, project development and management roles.
In her current role, as Community Advice Services Manager, Zofia is responsible for, and leads with, Dundee Connections, the Fife One Stop Shop and it’s Flourish Programme, the National Advice Line and Get Set 4 Autism programme.
Zofia’s key interests encompass person centredness, encouraging autonomy and empowerment, that enables autistic people and their families to have their voices to be heard and understood.

Caitlin is our Senior Community Advisor at Scottish Autism. She has experience working with children, young people and adults with differing support needs.
Caitlin is autistic and brings direct lived experience to her knowledge and understanding. As well as her lived experience, Caitlin also has a wealth of knowledge and experience centred around inclusion and disability equality.
She is passionate about accessibility and working towards societal change to better the general populations understanding of autism and to better the lives of autistic people and those around them.
Linzi
Linzi is one of our Practice Advisors. She has worked for Scottish Autism for 12 years, spending the majority of her time as a Practitioner, providing direct support to autistic adults within our day and home support provisions.
Since joining the Practice Development Team in 2021, Linzi's role supports Autism Practitioners to apply theoretical knowledge of autism to their practice through facilitating training and opportunities for reflective practice.
Linzi is passionate about wellbeing and part of her role involves low arousal learning, enabling our practitioners to create low stress environments for the people they support. She recognises the positive impact that inclusion within communities can have on wellbeing for all.
