Event Information
Connections is an information, advice and support hub in Dundee. As part of the Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership, Connections provides information and support for adults who identify as autistic, at any point of your journey. Connections’ Community Advisors provide advice and support to autistic people with or without a diagnosis, either in person or virtually.
Using local plants as inspiration, expert makers will guide you through the process of designing and making your very own knitted square which will be added to our prototype community quilt.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners in knitting, as well as if you are looking to refresh your knowledge.
The V&A will be holding this session as a private event for Dundee Connections. This session is an autistic safe space and provides a relaxed and friendly space for individuals to share a social space together and build connections with each other.
