Smart Cooking block begins - in partnership with Greener Kirkcaldy

Event Information
Greener Kirkcaldy and the Fife One Stop Shop are inviting autistic adults to join a 6-week Smart Cooking course, with the block beginning Friday 29th August at 11am.
Each 2 hour session will explore different cooking themes in a supportive, inclusive setting:
- Cooking for one
- Batch cooking
- Adapting recipes for dietary and sensory needs
- Cooking with minimal ingredients
- Simple, easy recipes
- Knife skills
Target Audience: Autistic adults in Fife
Course Dates (and Time): Friday 29th August, Friday 5th September, Friday 12th September, Friday 19th September, Friday 26th September and Friday 3rd October (11am - 1pm)
