Autism Practitioners | (Full Time, Part Time, & Casual Positions available)
Autism Practitioner (previously Support Worker) is the job title we give to people who provide direct support to autistic people within our services.
Location:Clannalba, near Biggar
Salary: £10.68 per hour when confirmed in post
£20,221 - £21,587 per annum
ADVANCED - £11.22 per hour
Closing dates: 16th August
About the Service
Clannalba is situated in the small village of Lamington, near Biggar and is set in open countryside and farmland. The main house and chalets have been adapted to provide highly personalised residential support service for 10 autistic adults. The residents at Clannalba are encouraged to develop independent living skills and interact with the local community, they also enjoy the outdoor gym and large mature gardens.
Our committed team of staff at Clannalba are equipped with the knowledge and skills to offer an innovative service. The team work together to ensure each supported individual has an personalised support plan that understands their autism, motivations and goals for the future. The staff team work closely with the supported individuals, their families and professionals continuously working towards achieving meaningful outcomes.
It is not necessary to have experience of working within social care. What is more important is that you share our values and are looking to work in a job where they can be put into practice.
