Salary: £10.90 - £11.65 hourly rate

About the Role:
We are recruiting for an Autism Practitioner to join our friendly, highly motivated, creative team in Helensburgh, near Loch Lomond. This supported living service is home to George, an autistic adult and two other supported adults, who will be transitioning into their own homes soon.
As Autism Practitioner, you will be part of a team who provide 24-hour support to George. You will develop personalised support plans for George with the emphasis on the development of skills for independent living and recognising individual goals and aspirations. George enjoys walks, jigsaws, listening to music and having trips on trains and buses.
It is not necessary to have experience of working within social care. What is more important is that you share our values and are looking to work in a job where they can be put into practice. We provide outstanding training and ensure all our Autism Practitioners are supported and have the skills to deliver a quality service.
