Charlene Tait video interview with IRISS -An insight into Knowledge Management in Practice

The aim of the IRISS Champion Network - which includes representation from local authorities, voluntary and private sector organisations and academic institutions – is to strengthen links between these groups with a view to sharing and making use of knowledge and research for service innovation and improvement in Scotland.

This video from Charlene forms part of the IRISS ‘evidence informed practice’ case study series designed to help practitioners share their experiences of using different types of evidence to change the delivery of services.

In recent years, Scottish Autism has been developing a more strategic and systematic approach to harnessing the collective knowledge and expertise of the professional staff from across the organisation by adopting the principles and practices of Knowledge Management. In this video with IRISS, Charlene Tait provides an insight into how this came to be and the challenges along the way.
