Event Information

Connections is collaborating with Dramatherapy. Come along to explore a unique form of creative psychotherapy where participants are supported to use creative expression to explore their stories, set goals, solve problems, express feelings and move towards improved mental health. Dramatherapy is creative, playful, gentle and non-judgemental.
In these sessions, you might invent characters, use story, improvise scenes, work with art materials, play music, use images, puppets or masks. For some people this can provide a way to express or resolve difficult feelings or experiences, or to safely explore being playful and using their imagination.
You don't need to have any acting or theatre skills or experience!
These specific sessions are for autistic adults 18+ and are autistic safe spaces. Spaces will be limited to ensure a comfortable environment for all.
If you would like to book your space or to chat about the session before attending the group, then please contact us at dundeeconnections@scottishautism.org or call 03030 034 020.
